We want you to love every Knnatequi piece. If for any reason your purchase isn't right, we offer returns and store credit under the conditions below. Please read the policy carefully to ensure your return is accepted.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most non-sale items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Final-sale items, limited edition prints, or specially marked products cannot be returned.

How to Return

To begin a return, please visit our Returns & Claims portal and follow the instructions to create a return request.

Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. After your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued and you may place a new order for the replacement item. If you need help with sizing or availability, contact Customer Service prior to returning.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds for eligible returns are issued as store credit to your Knnatequi account; processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive the returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged, or defective). We recommend using a tracked shipping method — Knnatequi is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
