Once your order is placed, it is sent to fulfillment and we are unable to process changes to your order. Once at fulfillment, we cannot accept cancellations, or make any changes, substitutions or alterations to your order. Please be sure when placing your order that you are sure you’d like to place an order.
We will process and ship non-sale/event orders within 1 to 12 business days of accepting your order. The process and delivery time for sale/event orders is approximately 5 to 12 business days. However, during high volume sales, discounts, and promotions, orders may take a few additional days. We will process and ship all collection launches and sale orders within 30 days unless stated otherwise*. We currently ship all retail orders via Uni Uni, UPS ground, DHL, USPS Ground and USPS Priority. Multiple shipments may be required for some orders. We reserve the right to choose a shipping carrier. Free Shipping promotions cannot be applied to expedited or overnight services.
If a package is returned to Knnatequi due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Knnatequi is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Knnatequi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Knnatequi will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. . All claims will be reviewed and once approved a refund to your original form of payment will be provided.
